Classic Car Show

With the lockdown hopefully coming to an end the timing for The London Classic Car Show is perfect.  It will take place 25-27 June at the lovely Syon Park in West London, just off the Great West Road.  Depending which runway is being used, and where you are sitting on the plane, you can view the park from above. The Aspire Road Test

A car for the Spring. Mazda MX-5

Until we reach summer proper holidays are likely to be restricted to mainland Britain.  From April onwards the roads of our island will welcome locals and tourists alike.  What is needed is a car to enjoy the highways and byways, and best done in an open top sports car.

If you are young, or feel young, there is only one car, at a sensible price, that meets the requirement, and can be used all the year round.

The Travel Timetable

From Monday 29 March, people will no longer be legally required to stay at home which means that domestic air travel will no longer be restricted for work purposes only.  The airlines will be busy and likewise the trains. Take advantage of the current cheap prices and make your reservation early.   Book your Aspire Lounge visit well in advance.

Good Friday is 4 April and Monday 6 April a Bank Holiday in all four home countries except Scotland.

Monday 12 April is the date that the airline industry looks forward to when the reconvened Aviation Taskforce publishes its report which will presumably answer questions regarding the current air corridors.

Five weeks later, Monday 17 May, hospitality opens up again and the airlines internationally can really begin to take off.

21 June has been set as the date that all legal limits on social contact will be removed.

TNU advice is when booking a holiday always use a credit card, either through an ABTA accredited travel agent, or direct with an airline.
